RFQ Engineering - Phase III Construction Engineering Services for the Telegraph Road Improvement Project

Notice is hereby given that Statements of Interest (SOI) are requested together with Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for furnishing professional civil engineering services on the following project. SOI/ SOQ shall be submitted. Section No. 19-00018-00-RS: Preparation of Phase III construction engineering services, in accordance with the Illinois Department of Transportation's Bureau of Local Roads & Streets Policies of Telegraph Road located in Bannockburn, IL. Roadway consists of a 2-lane road section with approximately 4-feet wide shoulder and 5 to 6 foot wide HMA/concrete sidewalks/pedestrian path along both the east and west sides of the roadway. Consultant engineering services shall include material testing for roadway installation. Coordination with permitting agencies and local communities is anticipated to be part of the work. The work shall be developed to be eligible for federal funding for phase III applications. A current IDOT prequalification listing shall also be included with the submittal.
