Description

The work as shown on the plans and as specified herein consists mainly of roadway resurfacing and concrete flat work. The work is to be performed on and along Stockberry Lane in the Cornerstone Lakes Subdivision and Grove Avenue, east of Neltnor Boulevard (IL Route 59). The net length of roadway improvements is approximately 2,630 feet (0.5 miles) within the City of West Chicago in DuPage County. The project includes, but is not limited to, the following items: pavement milling, hot-mix asphalt (HMA) binder and surface course installation, PCC curb and gutter removal and replacement, PCC sidewalk removal and replacement, parkway/ditch restoration, manhole structure repair and adjustments, thermoplastic pavement markings and all incidental and collateral work
