| Description | 2024-2026 Generator Maintenance & Repair Services. Deadline for Written Questions at 5:00 p.m. CST October 9th , 2023. All bids shall be accompanied by a cashier’s check, or certified check drawn upon a National or State bank, in the amount of $2,500 payable to The Woodlands Township, or a Bid Bond in the same amount, from a Surety Company licensed in the State of Texas, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter a contract. All Repairs submitted (routine work, Capital Projects, Special Projects, shall be completed within a time frame that will be mutually agreed upon by both parties. In the event Contractor fails to perform any portion of the work as agreed the Township reserves the right to remedy per the terms in the Plumbing Services Contract Scope. |
