Furnish all labor and materials to install concrete at Lake of the Woods Forest Preserve. The Owner has determined that the project will not be subject to State of Illinois sales tax. Thus, bidders shall not include said sales tax amounts in their bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Certificate of Insurance naming the Champaign County Forest Preserve District as Co-Insured.
