| Description | The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul, Minnesota District has a requirement for a contractor to increase the HVAC return duct in the mechanical room for the 2nd floor of the Office Building at the Fountain City Service Base, located in Fountain City, Wisconsin. New ducting and balancing on the 2nd floor of the office building revealed that the return duct was stepped down in size causing a restriction of air volume. |
