For Engineering and Design Services for various projects in Heber Springs, Arkansas for the calendar year 2022. The work will generally consist of providing design and construction engineering services related to the current bond issue and specifically includes: a new splash pad, street improvements, rehabilitation and identification of potential maintenance issues related to the community center facility and aquatics facility, streetscaping and downtown beautification efforts, and various improvements in the parks and recreation department.
