Bolivar Middle School Safe Room

The Bolivar Middle School Safe Roomproject consists of approximately 8,600 SF gymnasium FEMA safe room. Each bid shall include a five percent 5% bid security in the form of a certified check,cashier's check, or bid bond executed by the bidder and an approved Surety Company. The Ownerreserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder and reject any and all bids and waive any informality on all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty 60 days.
