Construction of New Elementary School - Sub Bids

As of March 24, 2023 this project is not awarded yet. The project consists of the construction of a new 88,495 gsf Pre-kindergarten through Grade 4 School, and associated site development at the site of the existing Franklin Elementary School, located at 29 Franklin Avenue, Westfield, MA. This is a phased construction project which will include razing the existing school building once the new school is completed and occupied by the City. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five percent (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the City of Westfield.
