SW Melon, SW Royal, and Emerald Lakes Roadways

Milling existing pavement, then mixing in place SW Melon Ct and SW Royal Ct, both being 20' wide pavement section (2-10' travel lanes), and placement of new asphalt pavement in a single course 1) structural - 165 lbs/sy. These roadway lengths are approximately 2070 LF or 0.39 miles Milling existing pavement of approximately 9395 LF of 20' wide roadway within Emerald Lakes Subdivision, finishing the milled surface, and placement of new asphalt pavement in a single course 1) structural - 165 lbs/sy. Scope of work includes milling, levelling, reworking and finishing milled surface, limerock placement, mixing in place, finishing mixed base, grading, asphaltic concrete pavement, erosion control, grassing, painted pavement markings, and incidental items. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the County Manager with a 5% bid bond with submittal, and if selected, furnish the County Manager with a performance bond and proof of liability insurance prior to commencing work. The Columbia County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to add to the contract or delete from the contract to stay within their funding capabilities.
