| Description | Scope of work shall include all labor and materials needed to install a ¼ thick aluminum diamond plate floor over the top of the existing walk-in freezer floor. Contractor is encouraged to verify site conditions and measurements before bidding on the project. The inside dimensions of the walk in freezer are approximately 7 ½’ wide by 17 ½’ long with a portion of this area being a ramped walking area within the freezer. The new diamond plate floors shall also cover the ramp area of the freezer floor. Some areas of the existing floor are sagging in areas and other areas are slightly lifted. |
