Description

As of April 5, 2023 the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, for the replacement of the emergency generator at Pines Point Senior Residences, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation. This project is a part of The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program which provides annual grants on a formula basis to states, cities, and counties to develop viable urban communities by providing decent housing and a suitable living environment, and by expanding economic opportunities and increasing the efficient use of energy in structures.
