The furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of the Galpin Boulevard Reconstruction Project, major quantities for the Work include: 1 ACRE Clearing and Grubbing 93,500 C Y Excavation (Common/Subgrade/Channel and Pond) 5,500 S Y Concrete Pavement 7.0" 450 C Y Structural Concrete (1G52/3G52) 5,500 TON SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mixture (3,C) 4,800 TON SP 12.5 Non Wearing Course Mixture (3,C) 26,500 S F Prefabricated Modular Block Retaining Wall 11,000 L F 12" - 18" RC Pipe Sewer 930 L F 21" - 30" RC Pipe Sewer 3,200 L F 8" - 14" (DIP/PVC) Watermain 220 L F 16" - 24" (DIP/PVC) Watermain 800 L F Drainage Structures 31,000 L F Concrete Curb and Gutter * Together with miscellaneous removals, utility adjustments, restoration, and other related appurtenances Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The OWNER reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed 60 days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the OWNER. The performance bond and payment bond shall each be in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price Completion Date: The Work will be substantially completed on or before October 31, 2024. The Work will be ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before June 24, 2025.
