Description

The Project consists of reconstructing an existing stormwater detention pond into a stormwater retention pond with increased water storage, a 4-foot-deep permanent pool, a pre-treatment forebay, a bed of washed sand for infiltration, and an access for pond maintenance. New primary and emergency spillways will be constructed. Additional work includes roughly 420 linear feet of channel stabilization along intermittent streams.
