| Description | Reference Number 0000323698 Question Acceptance Deadline 07/05/2023 07:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No The Work for which the Bid is requested consists of but is not limited to demolition, sewer main replacement and sewer service line replacement, concrete replacement, asphalt patching, traffic control, incidentals and work appurtenant thereto. Scope of Work This work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, loading, haul, and disposal for STRUCTURE BACKFILL (COMPLETE IN PLACE) to remove unsuitable backfill material. Upon direction of the Engineer, the Contractor shall remove and dispose of existing unsuitable backfill material. The provisions of STRUCTURE BACKFILL (COMPLETE IN PLACE) will only be implemented in areas designated by the Engineer where existing backfill material is determined unsuitable. All material removed shall become the property of the Contractor and shall be properly disposed of outside the limits of the project at no additional cost. |
