Description

The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: A north-south alley in the Williams-Woodland Park Neighborhood Association bounded by W. Taber St. to the north, W. Suttenfield St. to the south, Hoagland Ave. to the west and Webster St. To the east. The existing historic brick alley and asphalt approaches will be removed and replaced with a twelve foot (12') wide brick alley, new concrete approaches and curbface sidewalk. Minor stormwater adjustments along with curb and restoration are included with this project as well. all in accordance with the Bidding Documents and Drawing No. ST 0562B as prepared by Transportation Engineering for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. No bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City, upon any debt or contract, or, who has failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City. . No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for receipt of bids for at least ninety (90) days to allow review of bids before announcing award of contract. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid
