Extend existing office partition walls to ceiling above without damaging existing historic fabric. A. Furnish all labor and materials necessary for the complete installation of all brick masonry work. B. Brick masonry work complete with reinforcement, anchorage, bond beams and rebuild of existing brick chimneys. C. Solid brick for exterior wall construction complete with required through wall flashings. D. Mortar Analysis must be performed, and new mortar must match existing in color and chemical composition. E. Cut and fit all masonry for work as required. F. Protect existing windows from damage by masonry work. G. Masonry contractor shall follow existing chimney construction as close as possible. H. Masonry contractor shall re-point existing mortar joints in chimney as required where mortar is missing.
