Crack Seal, Crack Repair and Mark Airport Pavements

Bids for the construction of Crack Seal and Mark Airport Pavements at the Sugarloaf Regional Airport This project consists of sealing all airport pavement cracks and painting over all existing markings on airport pavements which include the apron, taxiways and Runway 17-35 per specifications.. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Worksheet. All technical questions regarding this project should be directed by email to Tim Audet, taudet@hoyletanner.com. Prospective bidders are asked to provide information on whether their company is listed as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) in the state where the work will be performed in order to comply with FAA regulations. Prospective bidders will be asked to provide this information at time of plan purchase. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with their bid, security in the amount of 5% of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the General Provisions. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract. The Contractor on this work will be required to comply with the equal employment opportunity requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration and the Sugarloaf Regional Airport DBE Program. No bidder may withdraw any bid prior to September 30, 2023
