Timber Run Industrial Park Access Improvements

1.The work for this project includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, and equipment for the work related to the parking lot paving, milling and reconstruction. Along with Stormwater management and erosion and sediment control measures required for the project. 2. The Bidders operations shall make considerations to the church facilities remaining fully functioning during construction and remain in an orderly manner for the congregation and staff. 3. All labor, materials, tools and equipment, transportation, fuel, power, supplies and services necessary to complete the work as herein specified. 4. Unless otherwise specified, all work shall be performed in accordance with generally accepted standards of construction methods and within the guidelines established by these specifications and the Contract Drawings.
