Downtown Infrastructure Project - City of Kingman

Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Kingman, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project. This project includes the design and improvements on Beale Street from 1st Street to 6th Street. Improvements include curb, ramp, crosswalk, markings, signage, street lighting retrofit, signal removals, storm drain and landscaping, and aesthetics. This project is in included in the City of Kingman FY 2022-2023 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
