The City of Spartanburg is seeking proposal from vendors to provide construction services for Removal and Replacement of the HVAC at 100 North Liberty Street Spartanburg, SC. All work to comply with the specifications developed by the city to provide quality workmanship. Tony McAbee Building Maintenance Manager City of Spartanburg tmcabee@cityofspartanburg.org General The purpose of this work is to provide construction services for the Removal and Replacement of the HVAC system at 100 North Liberty Street Construction Phase Furnish and install the following equipment and materials: Removal of existing 3-ton split HVAC system Install 3 Ton 14 SEER R410-A 230V/ 3 phase outdoor Heat Pump on the roof condensing unit Install 3 Ton 14 SEER R410-A Split Heat Pump Air Handler in the overhead drop ceiling Aux Heater Kit Liquid Line Bi-Flow Drier Pre-Fab Condenser Pad 500 Micron Vacuum New Aux Drain Pan with Safety Float Switch Flow nitrogen during brazing Charge with New R410-A to Superheat/Subcooling Duct Transition SS-2 Float Switch for Secondary Drain Use Current Honeywell Digital Thermostat Disconnect & Whip Crane Service & Traffic Control Remove/Replace Ceiling Section Permit & Inspection by Local Jurisdiction Complete installation and start-up.
