Description

Real estate todevelop a custom estate residential neighborhood containing single-family detached residents, conservation area, and wooded trail system. The project area includes 104+/- acres including up to five acres of land is to be reserved for a Municipal Public Safety Center and up to another 20 acres reserved of woodland conservation area. Interested developers may submit a concept of a preliminary development plan creating a strong sense of community and a sense of place for future residents. The submittal shall include examples of architectural designs and styles to be used to produce a custom neighborhood displaying an urban form in concert with the property's natural features and environmental setting. The conceptual preliminary development plan should demonstrate how the proposal will achieve a custom residential community meeting the development objectives and policies of Utica's comprehensive plan.
