SUNY Purchase Commons Building S and Commons Building M Sprinkler Rehabilitation

Scope of Work to be performed in Commons Building S and M at the State University of New York College at Purchase Commons Building S Scope 1) Demolition and reconstruction of all walls, ceilings, floors to install a complete fire sprinkler system as required. 2) A complete new fire sprinkler system per drawings. 3) New electrical work to support the fire sprinkler work. 4) Construction of a new attached addition to house the fire sprinkler valves and compressors. 5) Fire stopping at all rated walls. 6) Seismic bracing of all fire sprinkler piping per details on drawings. 7) Exterior excavation, installation of sprinkler main to existing water supply main, backfill and landscaping. 8) All piping shall be Hydrostatically tested in accordance with NFPA 13.
