The proposal is for construction of two mixed-use structures with approximately 346,716 gross square feet of floor area (including an at-grade parking garage for 270 vehicles), and includes 160 housing units, 15,512 gross square feet of street level /commercial space, including office space for the Boston Chapter of the NAACP (with the Proponent providing this space rent free for 10-years), and a restaurant flexible space-tenant amenities / art space (collectively, the “Proposed Project”).
