Fort York Park - On-Site Wastewater Disposal System

1. Contractor shall acquire any/all necessary permits required for the project. Davidson County Health Department has conducted a site soil evaluation of the site and has approved the site, a copy is attached. 2. Contractor shall provide and install 1600 Sq. Ft. drain field (Infiltrator chambers), no deeper than 42" below grade, two (2) - 1,000 gallon septic tanks, distribution box and associated piping per permit requirements at the Fort York Park site. 3. Contractor shall remove and dispose of any trees, including grubbing needed to complete the project. 4. Contractor shall restore surface to finish grade conditions, providing for positive drainage in all directions. (Owner will provide seeding and mulching) 5. Contractor shall properly dispose of and haul away any unused materials and debris. 6. Contractor shall remove and dispose of all trash from work site. 7. Contractor shall clean area and restore any additional areas disturbed by project activities to the original condition. 8. Workmanship shall be of professional quality, neat, straight, etc.
