World Language Academy (Jackson HS) Intercom Replacement

Provide supervision equipment materials and skilled labor to perform the following work: 1. Remove previous outdated intercom system. Furnish and install new system. See attached build-out documents. 2. Ensure that all call zones are functional and all rooms and call areas can communicate with head unit. 3. Repair/replace malfunctioning speakers, switches, and other appurtenances as needed to provide a fully functional system, equivalent to a “new installation”. 4. Ensure that paging and bell scheduling are fully functional. 5. Furnish (8) hours of training in bell scheduling and other functionality demonstrations to the owner’s representative(s). 6. Furnish warranty information including authorized guarantor’s contact information upon project close-out. 7. Furnish all as-builts, submittals, and materials documentation upon project close-out. 8. All work shall be coordinated with the board authorized representative to complete in an agreed upon time frame. 9. Contractor crew is to remove and dispose of materials torn out and any construction debris. 10. All trash must be roved off-sight by vendor and area left clean.
