Description

The existing facility is a single story, 30' x 90' slab-on-grade masonry block structure. The work of this project will include, but not be limited to, the alteration of the existing Men's and Women's rest rooms, the creation of a new unisex family lavatory and a First Aid Room. Installation of toilet accessories & partitions, doors & hardware, and paint finishes required. The area of the interior demolition and alteration is approximately 1,700 square feet. Exterior work will include preparing and painting existing masonry block. Mechanical work will be limited to the installation of exhaust fans. Plumbing work will include the new sanitary sewer and domestic water rough out for the installation of plumbing fixtures and showers and gas piping for new water heater. Electrical work will include new suspended LED light fixtures and power.
