| Description | Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to provide chemical treatment and service for heating and cooling equipment and associated piping at the CUP. The Water Treatment Contractor in consultation with CRDA shall develop a complete water treatment program during the thirty day phase-in period for the systems listed below. 1. Condensate systems; 2. Boilers; 3. Hot Water Heating Systems; 4. Chilled water systems; 5. Condenser water systems; 6. Piping Coupons; 7. Legionaella Testing - four (4) times per year; and 8.
