West Linda Multi-Use Basin

**As of October 09, 2023, project was awarded to Lund Construction, awarded amount is $2,468,363.50.** The work in general consists of constructing storm drains, a storm drain detention basin, tree removal, paving, and striping on Feather River Boulevard and Cottonwood Avenue in the West Linda area of Yuba County. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified cashier's check, or bid bond, in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid price, payable to Yuba County Department of Public Works, as a guarantee that the bidder, if its bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Agreement. The bidder shall guarantee the total bid price for a period of 60 days from the date of the bid opening. Question Deadline 08/25/2023 at 4:00 PM PT Inquiries or questions based on alleged patent ambiguity of the plans, specifications or estimate must be communicated as a bidder inquiry prior to bid opening. Any such inquiries or questions, submitted after bid opening, will not be treated as a bid protest.
