The Repair Of, Or Removal And Replacement Of, Roofs At Specified Village Of Greenport Locations

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Greenport is soliciting sealed bids for: THE REPAIR OF, OR REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF, ROOFS AT SPECIFIED VILLAGE OF GREENPORT LOCATIONS -- 2022. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work to be performed consists principally of the repair of, or replacement and removal of, roofing shingles along with associated replacement and repairs to deteriorated underlying wood sheathing as per the attached specifications In Exhibit A. The Village of Greenport reserves the right to reject any/all bids or to waive any irregularity in a bid, and further reserves the right to accept the lowest responding bid that is deemed to be in the best interest of the Village of Greenport.
