Cemetery Maintenance

1. Yearly Spring or Fall clean-up for all cemeteries (40) to include removal of leaves and debris, branches, seedlings, and raking. 2. Regular maintenance cemeteries (12) require weekly attention. 3. Mowing shall be done on a schedule to assure a neat and attractive appearance at all times. 4. Trimming around headstones and footstones shall be done at the time of each mowing. 5. All clippings, old flowers, and trash shall be removed from the sites. 6. Seeding and fertilizing of new graves and other bare spots shall be done as needed. 7. New graves will be seeded within one week of burial. 8. Sunken graves will be filled in and reseeded. Contract Period: This will be a 3 year contract, 2020, 2021, and 2022.
