Corpus Christi Gym - Phase 2

1. This list is generic in nature for major items and intended only to give an overview of general project scope. 2. Demo portions of wall to create walk way. 3. Demo wall and seal vestibule. 4. Relocate existing water fountain. 5. Remove entry doors, patch, and finish opening. 6. Removal and disposal of existing flooring and base. 7. Supply and install minor floor patch. 8. Supply and install new ceramic tile. 9. Supply and install grout. 10. Supply and install wall tile in bathrooms to replace existing wall tile. 11. Supply and install new resilient wall base. 12. Supply and install new resilient transitions/reducers. 13. Supply and install new bathroom fixtures. 14. Supply and install new showers. 15. Supply and install new bathroom accessories. 16. Supply and install new lighting. 17. Provide and install new diffusers, duct work, controls, units as needed as per construction documents. 18. Supply and install new millwork. 19. Finish all walls called out in plans to include material and labor. 20. The limit of construction is limited to only the restroom portion of the project. 21. Provide turnkey project as indicated on the drawings and as required for complete project.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Water Utilities.
