The Work consists of HVAC renovations at three schools and is generally described as follows: Brookland Middle School – Replacement of the existing boilers serving the school. Project is located at 9200 Lydell Dr, Richmond, VA 23228. Glen Lea Elementary School – Replacement of the existing cooling tower serving the school. Project is located at 3909 Austin Ave, Richmond, VA 23222. Hermitage High School – Replacement of the existing air handling units serving gym of the school. Replacement of three additional air handling units is included as an additive alternate. Project is located at 8301 Hungary Spring Rd, Richmond, VA 23228.
