| Description | Replace the existing Electric Fire Pump with a 500 gpm rated, UL FM approved Horizontal split case, Electric Motor Driven Fire Pump capable of suppling Fire Training Yard with 150 psi water for fire training. Motor to be 208/3/60 powered from the electric panel room. Installation to include, but not limited to ALL mounts, flanges, couplings, etc. to mount motor and pump in the existing pump supply / discharge configuration. Install Motor Control Panel on pedestal near pump / motor location. Install properly sized breaker, disconnect and all electrical connections per NEC. Replace two 6” OS&Y valves on either side of the pump. Inspect, service and repair as needed additional seven (7) 6” OS&Ys, one (1) 3” OS&Y valves. Inspect and repair any additional leaks in pump room piping. Provide equipment manuals and staff instruction at completion of job |
