| Description | Term contract for tree spading services for the Hanis County Flood Control District (HCFCD) for one (1) year beginning approximately October 1,2018. A. Requirements for fertilizer, liquid services, soil amendments, pruning and cultural practices including all necessary personnel and equipment. B. Fertilization is defined as application of fertilizer to promote quick root establishment and healthy growth in transplanted trees and applications in designated tree maintenance areas. C. Liquid services are defined as chemical application to turf and ornamental plants and cultural practices used as part of an Integrated Pest Management program. Examples of work include but may not be limited to: 1. Soil drench of a plant growth regulator. 2. Foliar or trunk sprays to control undesirable landscape pests. 3. Micro-infusion of tree micro-nutrients, fungicides, etc. | ||
