Lift Station and Force Main C-01 Replacement

The project consists of the replacement of Lift Station C-01, located on Merritt Island, including the removal of all electrical and mechanical equipment and abandonment of the existing dry well; installing a new doghouse manhole and associated piping, placing an existing brick manhole out of service, conversion of the existing wet well into a manhole; installation of a new pump station to support two submersible pumps; wet well concrete repair and lining; installation of above-grade discharge manifold and piping; placing existing force main out of service from existing lift station (drywell) to existing 8” force main; installation of new 6” force main from discharge valve station to existing 20” force main; connection of the discharge piping to the existing force main; installation of concrete pads, driveway and fencing with access gate; replacement of the electric meter, circuit breakers, control panels, RTU (owner-furnished), telemetry tower, demarcation box and all electrical conduit and wiring; tie-in to existing SCADA/Telemetry; installation, maintenance, and removal of the temporary bypass to facilitate the lift station modifications; and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
