Water Interconnection with Transmission Main & Water Service Meter Replacement

The Project includes the following Work: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment required to provide a new source of finished water by connecting to the City of Sparta water system at IL Rt. 4 and Kelly Road to Coulterville's water system, a booster pump station St chemical feed building, remove and replace all water service meters, provide an advanced metering infrastructure system, and all appurtenances. The work shall be completed in accordance with the specifications and plans covering the work. Bidders must secure their information as to the condition of the site and all local conditions affecting the work prior to submitting their proposals. Bidders are notified that the price bid must include everything as described in the specifications and shown on the drawings. No extra of any kind will be allowed unless ordered in writing by the Owner. Participation in a U.S, Department of Labor approved and registered apprenticeship & training program is required by the Environmental Protection Act (415 ILCS 5/14.7) and the Illinois Procurement Code (30 ILCS 500/30-22). Bidders shall submit a Certification of Registration in an approved Apprenticeship and Training Program issued by the DOL Eo^tfpsent and Training Administration Apprenticeship Program, with their fef^Ciair County, Illinois.
