Mill and Overlay CCMG 2022-01

The Scope of Work shall consist of the milling, excavation, full depth patching, and hot mix asphalt overlay. This work will also include pavement markings, maintain traffic and all other work necessary to provide for a complete project and as included in the Construction Schedule and Specifications for the work described. A certified or cashiers check payable to the City of New Haven, or a bid bond in the amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid amount must ac company each bid. The successful Bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond each in the amount of one hundred (100) percent of the Contract amount. The City of New Haven Board of Public Works and Safety reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding and to awarcf contracts in the best inter est of the City of New Haven. The City of New Haven Board of Public Works and Safety reserve the right to reduce project scope to meet any budget lim itations if any were to arise.
