Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Renovo, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center. Removal and replacement of 9,267 SQ FT roof with a metal or shingled roof to include lath boards and sheeting, under roof decking, 2 rows of ice/water guards, hips capped, gutters cleaned, with all debris properly disposed. The WCCRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts. Estimated Project Value: $40,000 - $50,000 The Western Clinton County recreation Authority (WCCRA) property located at 222 St. Clair Ave., Renovo, PA has a gymnasium roof that is leaking. The current roof is 28 years old and has been leaking for 2 years. A small repair was made to help prevent further leaks. When making that repair, it was discovered that the original wood base of the roof was rotting under the 28 year old plywood and shingles. The building was constructed circa 1913. Clinton County 2020 CDBG will be used to make the repairs.
