Asphalting the Parking Lot at the Community Center

Elsah Township is seeking bids for asphalting the parking lot at the Community Center located at 14690 Fessler Road, Dow, Illinois 62022 The bid sheet is as listed with a note that a seal coat must be installed one year later. Be IDOT Prequalified under work category 005 Self propelled asphalt paver is required. Provide Density Testing. Provide a current IDOT Certificate of Eligibility for Issuance of Bid Documents Bid Quantities 1) 3'' HMA Surface Course N70 Mix C415 Tons 2) Grade Existing Lot 2,450 SY 3) Bituminous Seal Coat 2,450 SY Specifications: Existing lot is to be graded to drain, provide smooth transition into existing roadways, sidewalks, etc. HMA to be placed in accordance with Section 406 of IDOT Specifications adopted April 1, 2016 Bituminous sealer will be applied with squeegees.
