Apex Senior Community Center

This project will be located on 53 Hunter Street, Apex, NC 27502 and consists of a new 29,475 square foot, 2-story senior center with connectors to the existing community center, which will include meeting rooms, classrooms, exercise areas, kitchen, arts and crafts space, and office areas. The sitework scope will consist of earthwork, asphalt paving, and site utilities. There will be rerouting of existing utilities that are currently serving two adjacent buildings.
