Swim Area Improvements - Bathhouse and Lifeguard Buildings -GC

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Contract includes all work indicated in the drawings and specifications for General Contract # D005945 including but is not limited to: Provide all labor, material, equipment, and temporary facilities & controls necessary to provide a 1500 square foot Bathhouse and a 630 square foot Lifeguard Building and related site preparation and improvements. Site utilities (electricity, telephone cable and conduit, sewer, and water), and connection of building utilities 5-ft. outside the buildings (Exceptions: electricity shall be brought into the panelboard or disconnect switch in the buildings, for termination by the Electrical Contractor). Pavement reconfiguration and landscaping around the building and site as specified. Include drinking fountain/jug filler and related utilities. Coordinate work with Other Trade Contracts. The Estimate Range for this project is: $2,066,202 - $2,795,449. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of: D005945 GC: $25,000.00, Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars and 00/100. The following goals for MWBE participation on this project have been established for D005945 GC at: Minority Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) 13% Women Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) 17% The following goals for SDVOB participation on this project have been established for D005945 GC at: Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business 6% The completion date for this project is 475 Days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office. Liquidated damages will apply for failing to complete all construction work activities by October 28, 2023. Anticipated Contract Approval: July 20, 2022 Anticipated Contract End: November 7, 2023.
