Description	Conduct a traffic impact study for the proposed development of its Catalyst Project in the northwest portion of downtown. The study area consists of fifteen to twenty (15-20) acres proposed for urban mixed used redevelopment. The centerpiece will be a 3,000 seat multi-use stadium facility, equipped to host baseball, soccer, football, lacrosse, concerts, and other community events. Other components of the re-development may include a hotel, various restaurants, a brewery, apartments/ condominiums, retail and office space, and destination attractions, e.g., a Children's Museum.
