There is a mandatory site visit to attend. Please see paragraph L.6. All questions pertaining must be submitted in writing to the POC for this solicitation. Responses will be posted on sam.gov. In order to recieve a response, questions must be submitted by 4:00 PM July 21, 2022. Questions sumbitted after this until quotes are due may not receive a response. A. Project Title: Remove and Replace 2 existing hot water heaters, to include valves, traps with 2 instantaneous steam water heaters, piping and associated parts at Bldg 010A, Room B2R4. Additionally, the government is pricing an option CLIN for the same work at Bldg 001. B. Acquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside. Applicable NAICS code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The SBA size standard for NAICS 238220 is $16.5M. C. IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. D. Vendors shall complete blocks 14, 15, 19, and 20 of this form. E. Vendors are required to be in an 'Active' status in sam.gov at time of quote submission IAW 52.204-7. F. Period of Performance is Mandatory at 60 days after NTP for CLIN 0001. If option is exercised, then Period of Performance is negotiable for CLIN 0002 only. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
