Paint Old Historic Courthouse

All labor, equipment, and material, and performing all of the operations in connection with painting of the interior walls, steps, handrails, doors, window trim, and courtroom benches and the scraping, priming and painting the exterior doors and trim at the Old Historic Courthouse located at 108 Main Street, Newton, GA. Interior – Apply two coats of latex finish coating with Duration Line Quality paint to any surface that has been recently encapsulated with oil based primer. Paint sheen – FLAT on walls and ceilings and semi-gloss white on handrails, steps, trim, doors and windows. Exterior – Scrap, prime with Alkyd oil base primer and apply two coats of acrylic latex paint to window trim and doors, and masonry conditioner/primer to concrete trim and apply one coat of top grade acrylic paint to concrete trim.
