Description

Work will construct a large sidewalk and streetscape along the frontage Albuquerque Rail Yards property including landscaping, seating walls, decorative brick/concrete patterns, retaining walls, seating walls, fencing, and irrigation. This project will include a raised intersection at Santa Fe St and 2nd Street & a raised crosswalk at the intersection of Pacific Ave. and 2nd Street. There will be curb and gutter bulb-outs to designate parking on the west side of Second Street which will include curb & gutter, sidewalk, landscaping, and storm drain reconstruction.
