This project consists of Approximately 1,100 feet of eight (8) inch sanitary sewer with three (3) manholes, seven (7) lateral connection stub-outs, and related appurtenances. A certified or cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid shall be submitted with each proposal. Note all labor shall be paid Missouri Prevailing Wages (and/or Federal Davis Bacon Wages, whichever is higher - if applicable). The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities in bids.
