Description | The El Paso Police Department Parking Improvements consists of providing all labor, equipment, material and incidentals to demolish the existing 2 story parking garage and re-stripe the adjacent parking lot. Phase I – Demolition: Existing concrete, handrails, asphalt, lights with concrete base, concrete columns, electrical services, and chain-link. Phase II – Improvements: Backfill to street level, base course, HMAC, stripping, lights, secured chain-link fence, entrances seal coat. The work will require establishing traffic control and erosion control measures such as hay bales, silt fence, and stabilized construction entrance and exit. Prior to commencement of any work, the Contractor shall submit and obtain approval from City of El Paso, Capital Improvement Program Department, for the Sequence of Construction, Schedule of Work, and Haul/Waste Route to an approved disposal site. Traffic Control Plan must be submitted and approved, if applicable. Contractor shall provide written approved documentation from the owner or operator of the waste site. |
