Description | This request for price proposal for a Medical Air Compressor System located at the Bronx VA Medical Center. Magnitude of Construction: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 NAICS Code: 236220 Size Standard: $39.5 Million Competition time: 120 calendar days after notice to proceed (NTP). This requirement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. Potential contractors must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) with a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and are verified/visible as an SDVOSB in www.vetbiz.va.gov at the time of proposal submission and prior to award. Offerors must submit their annual Vets-4212 Report. A site visit will be available for all interested parties to tour the area on Tuesday March 14th 2023 at 1:00pm EST. All interested parties shall meet at the Facility Management Service Center front desk in building 100. To preserve the integrity of the procurement process, all questions and requests for information must be submitted in writing to Dayna Dickson-Miller, Contracting Officer via email at Dayna.Dickson-Miller@va.gov. Questions must be received no later than Wednesday March 15th at 3:00pm. Please submit your cost proposal via email to Dayna.Dickson-Miller@va.gov by Friday March 24th 2023 by 3:00pm EST. Please include a cost breakdown of your firm's proposal. Evaluations will be determined IAW FAR Subpart 13.106-1 (a)(2). The Government shall award this procurement on the basis of technical capability, price and past performance. Please provide a maximum 5-page capability statement that indicates the vendor has the trained personnel and experience with the same or similar work. The Government reserves the right to make award without discussions. IAW VAAR 852.219-75 VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting, Certificate of Compliance must be signed and submitted with your proposal. Refer to solicitation for full description of requirement. NOTE: Contractors must acknowledge all solicitations amendments. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Construction services will include but are not limited to demolition and removal of old equipment, new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls and painting as well as other design considerations for the replacement of the medical air compressor system located in the pump room of building 100 of James J. Peters VA Medical Center. The medical air compressor must remain fully operational at all times except for short duration outages approved by the VA for switchovers. The compressor must be replaced in kind or with approved similar components with the proper authorization from the James J Peters VA Medical Center's designated COR. |
