The enclosure will to be constructed in a public parking lot located at 29 Front St. Lake Orion, MI 48326 (09-02-481-019). The construction shall follow an approved design, with a side access point. An example of the desired construction can be found behind the building located at 120 S. Broadway St. for reference.
