Description	The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for the retention of a qualified Firm or Architect to provide on-demand architectural design review of projects under consideration by the City of Poughkeepsie Planning Board. Applications that may require architectural review include but are not limited to (a) new structures; (b) facade renovations; and/or (c) at the discretion of the Planning Board, projects with additional complexity due to historic relevance, community interest, or important transitions between zoning districts.
